- Re-address removing or relocating trees at entrance (blocking oncoming traffic) → Cascade Green requests trees to be tagged with a ribbon so that they know which ones to remove

- Addressing unpaid HOA claims
- 30 day notice → intent to lien
- Sending out newsletters for the community (Pre-Spring? $83.52 for color or $60 for B&W)
- Upkeep yards during proper seasons
- Pick up after selves to prevent garbage and litter floating around other properties. Extra litter in streets from Republic Services.
- New housing development (permits have not been issued but very close - highly encourage concerned citizens to speak at City Council Meeting regarding new development)
- Hydrant repairs by Richmond
- Some properties still have their grass torn, flipped, and stacks of cement crumbs all around the neighborhood - Sara will follow up
